adapter plug with 2-pole switch very small design The U-Steck adapter plug is used for 2-pole disconnection of critical or permanent loads. The U plug adapter is always used when it is not possible to completely disconnect a critical or permanent consumer from the mains. Example: Floor lamp with dimmer in the supply cable. This dimmer does not disconnect the load from the mains and thus prevents the automatic disconnection of the field disconnection switch from the Nefa 16-plus and NA 16 series. To remedy this, the U-Steck adapter plug is simply plugged in between the existing earthed socket and the luminaire. Manual actuation of the switch on the intermediate plug enables safe disconnection of the consumer and ensures automatic function of the field disconnector.
