Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

• the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are manufactured based on an individual selection or specification by the consumer, or which are clearly personalized to the consumer's needs.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts concerning:

• the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery;
• the supply of goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
